Range: Cone from behind, extending from adjacent hex in front in a cone 3 hexes in that direction
Target: Everyone in range
Restriction: You can use this tactic once per combat, or three times per day

Saving Throw: 🐾AGI Rating + 1d6 vs. 🎯CON Rating + 1d6
On Success: Target's SPD Rating is reduced by 3, AGI for hitting reduced by 1. both for 2 Rounds
On Failure: Target's SPD Rating is reduced by 1 for 2 Rounds

the Burglar stands on her front paws and curls her tail and hind legs forward over her head to spray in the direction she was initially facing. The spray goes forward three hexes in that direction, the three hexes directly in front and then the pair of adjacent hexes behind the second hex in the same direction.

Note: This tactic has two different description in the Manual, one where the Saving Throw is CON vs CON and the target apparently flee on success.
